If you opt in to logging the caffeine intake all your data is stored in the Apple Health app. This data is only stored on your local device, private to you.

No Third Party Analytics

Drip does send Crash reports via Apple's own infrastructure but only if have you have opted into sharing crashes and usage with developers.
